These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalTrack app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

GoalTrack is provided for personal, non-commercial use to follow football scores, fixtures, and standings.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

GoalTrack offers an optional paid subscription that removes ads. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Data Accuracy

Match information is provided by a third-party source and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. GoalTrack does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any scores or statistics and should not be relied upon for betting or other decisions.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed.

6. Intellectual Property

Team names, competition names, and related marks belong to their respective owners. GoalTrack claims no affiliation with FIFA or any football organization.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
