Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your GoalTrack account and the data tied to it at any time. This page explains how to request it and what happens.

How to request deletion

Email us at support@getgoaltracker.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Sending the request from your account email lets us confirm the account is yours before we remove anything.

What gets deleted

We delete your account and the profile data stored with it: your email and authentication details, display name, favorite teams, language, time zone, notification settings, and theme.

How long it takes

We will delete your account data within 30 days of your request, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations (for example, subscription and billing records).

If you use the app as a guest

Guests have no account, and that data stays on your device rather than on our servers. To remove it, delete the app from your device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. See our Terms of Service for details.
